Job responsibilities
- Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
- Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
- Create detailed requirements for use cases and flows
- Manage intake, dependency management, release management, customer communication, product operationalization, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies
- Work with the Risk Control teams to enable break remediation planning and Software Development Lifecycle controls
- Create various status update materials for inclusion in presentations to stakeholders and customers
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
- Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
- Experience in product deployment processes
- Write detailed requirements
- Proven ability to question assumptions, identify opportunities within existing practices, and be results-driven
- Experience with delivering solutions through agile methodologies and new technologies
- Knowledge of product release, deployment processes, and product lifecycle management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of distributed/cloud technologies
- Ability to work well both collaboratively and independently in an ever-changing business environment
