Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience with network routing protocols, design and troubleshooting, with network equipment providers.
Experience in one or more programming languages such as C++, Go, or Python.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in conducting statistical analysis of network hardware and incidents for the purpose of creating continual service improvement plans.
Experience in creating requirement and design documents for software services and frameworks.
Experience in planning and designing networks (e.g., multiple sites, multiple products).
Experience in developing and maintaining software services, tools, and automation frameworks that programmatically analyze and troubleshoot global-scale core networks (e.g., IP and optical networks) and their supporting systems.
Ability to analyze business processes and create data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Ability to write SQL scripts and query data structures to retrieve network and process diagnostic information.
