You will report directly to our (BESS-Pole Leader EMEA), working under theleadership and guidance of your assigned Segment Leader. You will work out ofourIn this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to variousaspects of BESS sales operations, including data analysis to identify trendsand insights, supporting the implementation of BESS sales processes and tools,assisting our BESS Segment Leaders in the development of sales trainingmaterials, and providing them general administrative support with the necessarymarket research documentation and any other material.• Assist BESS Segment Leaders in BESS data analysis to identify trends andinsights for sales performance improvement
• Support the implementation of sales processes and tools to enhance saleseffectiveness
• Assist in the development of sales training materials and resources
• Provide general administrative support to the BESS Europe Team underSegment Leaders guidance.

Key requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, passion for sales and interest in sales operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Power Point

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team
