Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or an Engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience as a Mechanicals Quality, Reliability, Manufacturing or Product Engineer.
- Experience in mechanical (sheet metal and plastic) manufacturing processes, coupled with a drive for continuous improvement.
- Experience with Quality process and tools, e.g., supplier audit/qualification, QMS, process capability assessment, process control, or 8D.
- Ability to travel as required.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering American Society for Quality certification (CQE, CQM, CRE, or CQA).
- 10 years of experience in Mechanicals technology (including welding) and Quality/Reliability.
- Experience with an excellent problem-solving skillset and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management skills, and function as a team player who is results-oriented, and detail-oriented.
