Our Service Offerings include External Audit, Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), IFRS & US GAAP conversion, IPO and other public offering, Corporate Treasury - IFRS 9 accounting & implementation support etc.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Prior experience on execution of IPO/ QIPs/ Rights
End to End Deal execution experience
Sound Regulatory Knowledge esp. SEBI ICDR Regulations and Companies Act
Understanding of Due diligence required for Equity Capital Market Transaction (i.e. IPO, QIP, FPO etc.)
Sound knowledge of financial parameters
Pitches and Presentations - an aptitude to undertake extensive research and data search and analyze
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A Team player

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

MBA / CA / CS and
LLB candidacy is a plus

1-4 years of relevant experience
