What you'll do:

Join our innovative team and help develop a state of the art AI product. You will work with large language models (LLMs) to process, interpret, and communicate updates in compliance standards, such as GDPR, ensuring our clients stay informed and compliant.

The Role:

• Data Processing and Management: Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources, including PDFs and databases. Use NLP techniques to extract relevant information from compliance documents.
• Model Training and Evaluation: Assist in the development and fine-tuning of LLMs to analyze compliance standards. Evaluate model performance and suggest improvements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior data scientists and the development team to integrate AI models into the product. Coordinate with compliance experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of provided insights.
• Continuous Learning and Development: Stay updated with the latest developments in AI and compliance regulations. Participate in training sessions and workshops to further develop technical skills.

What you bring:

• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R
• Completed academic projects or internships related to data analysis or machine learning
• Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform is a plus
• Experience in software development, preferably within a compliance-focused environment is a plus
• Experience in Layout LLM or similar document analysis LLMs is a plus

Further desired Skills are:

• Compliance Knowledge:Interest or preliminary knowledge of compliance standards like GDPR or other regulatory frameworks.
• Programming Skills:Proficiency in Python and familiarity with data science libraries such as Pandas, numpy, and Scikit-learn.
• Understanding of AI:Basic knowledge of machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) concepts.
• Analytical Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Learning Agility:Demonstrated eagerness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English (written and verbal); German language skills are beneficial.
