The Inventory Support Tech at times will be the first point of contact for our Outposts Operations team worldwide. This role will require a good ability to clearly communicate with teams who require actions be taken on very short notice. Working as part of a global team, processes are standardized globally and ensuring that this process standardization is maintained is critical for success.
Key job responsibilities
Ordering of data center hardware components
Purchase order tracking and consolidation
Manual receipt of ordered components in internal ordering database
Spare part inventory tracking and replenishment
Order approvals tracking and communication
Initiate transfer of assets process as needed
Monitor and report shipment issue alerts (eg. delays, cancellations, expeditions)
Handling and distribution of needed shipment labels (for new equipment as well as returns)Diverse Experiences

- 1+ year of experience with Supply Chain or Inventory Management
- 1+ year of experience working with ERP or other Inventory Management Systems
- 1+ year of demonstrable experience in one or more of the following areas: finance operations, finance, accounting, asset management, accounts payable, and/or lease management and Excel
