How you’ll spend your day

Reporting to the Director, Field Reporting & Data Operations, this position oversees all aspects of Customer Information, including the Customer Master, Roster Management System, and Sales Force Alignment, Call Planning, and Targeting data flow processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing integrations between the Customer Master, Roster Management System, and related systems, including HR IT systems, Commercial Data Warehouse, Veeva SFA, and other back-office databases that support field operations.
  • Leading and strategizing with cross-functional project teams as necessary to expand services or integrations related to Customer Information systems, partnering with IT and Commercial Operations to align business needs with project goals.
  • Ensuring smooth data flow between the Customer Master, Roster Management System, and Sales Planning functions by overseeing all operational activities.
  • Maintaining accurate Roster Management System data to facilitate field employee and territory realignment updates.
  • Leading initiatives to enhance the flow of Sales Force Alignment, Call Planning, and Targeting data, improving accuracy and efficiency in alignments and call plan rollouts.
  • Collaborating with Field Technology & IT teams to ensure the successful execution of Sales Force call plans and targeting initiatives. Leading interactions with Sales Planners, Data Operations and Sales Reporting teams on developing and delivering new alignments and associated data deliverables.
  • Managing Data Steward Contractors for the Customer Master team, overseeing day-to-day management responsibilities to ensure high-quality data delivery to internal and external business partners.
  • Collaborating with the Data Governance team to implement Customer Information governance effectively.
  • Leading additional projects and initiatives as assigned.
Your experience and qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business-related area, technology or equivalent required. MS or MBA preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of Pharmaceutical Sales Operations, Sales Administration or similar experience in a Corporate or Line of Business function
  • Background in Master Data, Data warehouse/Reporting, Sales Planning process required
  • People Management or similar experience leading vendors preferred
  • Working knowledge of pharmaceutical syndicated data, i.e. IQVIA, Symphony Health, Specialty Pharmacies preferred
