Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Below are the roles and responsibilities:

Your Client Responsibilities:

  • Perform research in propriety EY databases & some external databases (Factiva, Cap IQ, D&B hoovers etc.) to identify the current & historical relationships of EY with the various parties involved in an engagement
  • Upload the research output in the prescribed format
  • Analyze the research to identify any probable non-compliance issues
  • Should able to analyze SEC filings, annual reports etc.

  • Good written and oral communication skill
  • Good interpersonal skills and decision-making capabilities
  • Expertise in MS office tools – Excel and Word

Education

  • MBA (Finance/Marketing)

Experience:

  • 0-6 months of secondary research experience

Certification Requirements:

  • Any relevant certifications will be an added advantage
