Analytics Delivery

1. Utilize expertise in data analysis, and visualization to execute end-to-end analytical solutions.
2. Translate analytical solution into actionable insights and recommendations for technical and non-technical audience in a clear, concise and persuasive way
3. Engage in long term solutions such as building, maintaining and documenting best practices within the team and building scalable solutions through automation , tech stack upgrade and tooling enhancements.

Data Engineering Delivery

Own delivery of Data Engineering based project execution such as

1. Designing and developing end-to-end data pipelines to ingest, process, and transform large volumes of structured and unstructured data from various sources.
2. Optimization of pipeline performance and resource utilization to ensure scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
3. Ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and quality throughout the ETL process by implementing data validation and cleansing routines.
4. Monitoring data pipelines and infrastructure components for performance bottlenecks, errors, and anomalies

Stakeholder management

1. Manage interactions with business stakeholders for whom the data solutions are built - engage with them for design, ongoing planning and governance
2. As a stretch - find opportunities for further expansion of scope for the business stakeholders

Basic Qualifications

1. BA/BS/MS/PhD in Physics, Economics, Applied Math, Statistics, Engineering, OR, Computer Science, or other quantitative field (advanced degree is a plus)
2. Proficient in writing and understanding complex SQL queries; experience working with large data sets.
3. Proficiency with visualization tools like Tableau, Google Data Studio
4. Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms
5. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
6. Strong project management skills (including use of suitable tools) - Keen sense of prioritization, Ability to identify and call out potential risks to delivery, Crystal clear communication skills.
7. Ability to thrive and deliver in an ambiguous environment
8. Self-motivated and driven to deliver agreed results on-time. Curious about finding better ways to do work - e.g., automation, self service
9. Strong story-telling & articulation skills – ability to convert analytical output into clear, concise, and persuasive insights & recommendations for technical & non-technical audience
10. A minimum 2-3 years’ experience in an analytics/DE delivery role
