Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand Qualcomm all product lines Roadmap and business logic; understand Qualcomm key OEM, channel, and ecosystem partner; Understand China Mobile & CBN’s network & market strategy, device product requirements & cooperation logic with Qualcomm.

  • Fulfill all Carrier related cooperation activities, incl. business intelligence, internal and external daily communications & project execution (product certification, sales bidding, white paper, technical trials, roadmap workshop, market event, ecosystem collaboration etc.)

  • Support BD&Sales function to drive Qualcomm product improvements to better match Carrier’s network and market strategy, to define Qualcomm Carrier cooperation strategy and new products go-to-market strategy.

  • Drive match-level customer engagements and develop effective work model to bring the best out of Qualcomm and customer engineering resources to secure Qualcomm leading position in Carriers. Responsible for driving seamlessly communication between China cross-function and Carriers’ right POCs accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Mobile Communication(4/5G)/ICT, Carrier BD, Product Marketing, Sales, Engineering etc.

  • Deep knowledge of Mobile/ICT technologies, deep understanding of China Mobile, incl. it’s development strategy, business model, network roadmap, device sales channels, ecosystem, and market trends & culture/way of working.

  • Proven record to show high ability of business intelligent, work efficiency, teamwork & quick learning, willing to hard work.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.

  • Bachelor's degree in science/engineering. Master or MBA preferred.
