What will you do

• System DesignandArchitecture: Define and design high-performance Wi-Fi systems with a focus on wireless communication, data path architecture, and integration across different hardware and software components. Ensure the system aligns with the latest standards and technologies.

• KPI Targets: Define and model performance targets:including throughput, latency, packet loss, and signal strength. Continuouslymonitorand evaluate the system’s adherence to these KPIs andoptimizethe design and implementation to meet or exceed these goals.

• erformance Integration: Lead the integration of various componentsand technologiesinto a cohesiveand robustsystem, ensuring performance KPIs are met.Debugand resolve integration challenges related to the Wi-Fi protocol stack, performance, and overall system interaction.

• Serve asfocal pointfor connectivity performance aspects, distribute the knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Over 8 years of experience in engineering, over 4 years as systemengineer/architect.

• Experience with system aspects,designand integration considerations of wireless communication systems.

• Experience with Wi-Fi systems and standards – major advantage.

• strong designbackground – major advantage.

• Independent and self-motivated, capable of executing under uncertainty, in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent verbal and written skills in English

• BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering/ Computer Scienceor related field
