Engineer mechanical parts, assemblies, drawings, and BOMs required to build electrical equipment orders
Provides engineering support and technical assistance on design feasibility to other internal groups.
Assists in the planning of detailed product development objectives.
Participating in the review of results to determine that such products perform in the intended manner.
Assists in standardizing materials, components and assemblies to minimize the items procured, manufactured and inventoried.
Learns product engineering basics while assisting in the development of new and improved products.
Basic Qualifications:
BS. Mechanical Engineering
1-3 years’ experience with ProE/Creo; will consider recent college graduate for this role
Product Development or design experience
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
PowerPanel/Switchboard/Switchgear or similar products application or design experience
Sheet metal fabrication design experience and DFM (Design for Manufacturability) knowledge
Electrical schematics understanding

The pay range for this position is $53,410- $111,840. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
