How you’ll spend your day
  • Day to day Incident support management based on Business users’ requests.
  • Application Job monitoring and reporting to all stake holders.
  • Perform day to day business process operational support of SCM and Financial planning activities to Business users.
  • Provide incident and problem resolution, assist business users with the use of the functions and features, and provide related training and documentation.
  • Act as a 1st line of contact for issues and requests to support Business Owners and Business Planners of different process by responding to queries, fulfilling help requests, and coordinating with other teams to resolve incidents and problem tickets.
  • Assists with various forms of system functions of SAP IBP and SAP SAC to Business Planners including system setup, testing and trainings.
  • Perform Data integration validation and investigation between different systems as part business process related to Master Data and Transaction Data.
  • Assist system users with identifying and analysing their reporting needs by researching possible solutions, fulfilling report requests using appropriate reporting tools, and working close with users and IT/system business partner.
  • Communicate to all stake holders based on time and activity specific tasks.
  • Prepare internal KPI and matrix based reports.
Your experience and qualifications
  • Any Bachelor's degree, BBA, MBA in Supply Chain, Finance, Commerce (e.g. computer science, information systems, finance, accounting, or business management) is required.
  • 2-3 years of work experience in business operation environment / BPO, preferably Finance or Supply Chain.
  • Functional Knowledge and experience with any ERP planning tools is preferred, experience with SAP is preferred.
  • Experience with data management and validations between different systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, result oriented with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams across global regions.
  • Proficient in MS office tools as MS Excel, Word, Power Point.
