Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks
- Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the order to cash process and conduct root cause analysis.
- Develop insightful reports, dashboards, and visualizations to assist stakeholders in making informed business decisions.
- Continuously monitor, assess, and adapt best practices as well as emerging technology trends (e.g. AI) related to order to cash analytics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as sales, operations, finance, and customer service to provide actionable insights and drive process improvements.
- Driving cross-functional projects to strengthen linkage between Order to Invoice and Cash Collections organization to align and track key performance indicators (KPIs) impacting SAP’s operating cash flow and working capital.
- Support month-end and quarter-end reporting activities to provide transparency along the O2C process
Expectation
- High interest in understanding the big picture and processes end-to-end
- Profound understanding of SAP’s and Finance strategy, portfolio, organizational structure as well as the Finance organization and with clear focus on the quote-to-cash process and its connection beyond the walls of Finance (e.g., Customer Success)
- Ability to understand business needs and translate into concrete, outcome-focused actions, enjoying taking decisions in a complex, cross-functional environment.
- Independent working style with ability to lead project teams without formal authority and effectively collaborate with others from various levels of the organization
Qualifications
- Very good analytical skills and profound experiences in gathering, analyzing, understanding and preparing data insights
- Storytelling skills around data and their impact on the business operations
- Resilient working attitude and ability to work under pressure
- Strong networking / relationship skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Advanced knowledge in SAP (ISP, BW) and excellend knowledge in Excel
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Economics is of benefit
- At least, 3 years of finance-related experience
