Description
As a trusted technical leader, you will help define the roadmap for Siri platform. This includes, but is not limited to: Collaborating with Senior cross-functional leaders to craft strategic roadmaps across all Siri devices; Influencing leadership on decisions regarding scalable and sustainable architecture for pivotal projects; Leveraging your technical expertise and strong communication skills to drive impact.Additionally, you will play an active part in attracting top talent to the platform team and fostering a healthy technical culture that encourages innovation and collaboration. You will also be responsible for nurturing the next generation of technical leaders within AIML.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 5+ years managing multi-layered engineering teams that design complex software engineering projects
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with performance engineering, analysis, and on-device optimization
- Experience with influencing and working in collaboration with others
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience leading cross-functional projects that have had a tangible impact on the direction of the org
- Strong organizational skills and experience working on large multi-functional teams
- Strong Computer Science fundamentals, object-oriented programming, and design skills
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $293,300 and $468,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
