Your key responsibilities
- Demonstrate in-depth functional and technical capabilities, and possess strong business acumen. Demonstrate ability to assimilate to new knowledge.
- Consistently deliver quality client services. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
- Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
- Stay up to date on new asset management (plant maintenance) trends, leading practices and technology functionality
- Work in a team environment
Skills and attributes for success
On your typical engagement, you will work with the key client stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on solutions across EAM and PM. You will initiate and lead requirements gathering and solution development, and at times will liaise with client stakeholders and EY/client technical teams to translate functional requirements into business solutions and will support enabling technology configurations and/or integrations.
To qualify for the role you must have
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field and at least 6 years of related work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience working in EAM/PM role(s)
- Strong understanding of asset management principles and practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
- Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies.
- A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.
Ideally, you will also have
- Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience in EAM and PM
- Relevant experience in oil and gas or industries such as manufacturing, utilities, mining and metals
- Experience working with at least one leading Asset Management technology platform (e.g. SAP asset management, Maximo)

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $127,100 to $233,000. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $152,500 to $264,800. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
