You will report directly to our Project Management Leader and you'll work out of our HBS location in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables
• Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
• Coordinate project team members and stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management or related roles
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or as required by the KSA regulations
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP)
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Demonstrated experience in Light Current Systems & Extra Low Voltage Systems specifically, BMS, Fire Detection & Suppression, Security (CCTV & ACS), SMS Platforms, VMS Platforms
