This is a 3+ hybrid role, minimum of 3 days in office, maximum of 2 days from home.
Key responsibilities:
Talent management – hiring, employee development & motivation
Project delivery, strategy development, implementation of standards, processes and tools
Drive improvements to team performance and project execution through team coaching & high impact work practices
Design workload planning & execution oversight, and ensure robust processes
Partner with internal and external customers and suppliers

Key requirements:
Fluent English
University Degree in Engineering
5+ years of experience in Leadership with proven track of leading teams to successful project delivery
Significant engineering experience, including experience with collaborative work with internal and external partners enabling teams to exceed expectations on work delivery and timelines
Background and experience in software engineering, including web/application type development
