- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of technology related sales, business development, or channel sales experience at a B2B software company.
- Experience building and developing a partnership strategy and organization, focused on ISVs and technology partners.
- Experience with IaaS/PaaS/SaaS markets, B2B software ecosystem and lifecycle, and cloud-based technologies.
- Experience in areas across Chip, DBs, Servers, Security, or Analytics.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience driving positive change, constantly innovating to deliver value to partners and customers.
- Expertise in multi-channel sales environments, serving as a credible leader internally and with external customer and partner relationships.
- Ability to anticipate needs and ensure seamless experiences.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and share ideas.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
