Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business objectives, and translate them into actionable insights and reporting solutions.
• Conduct business due-diligence activities and identify analytics led opportunities, thereby supporting the growth of Project pipeline.
• Collaborate with the development team on the backlog management.
• Keep stakeholders updated on their respective requirements during the life cycle.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology team.
• Presentation and Reporting:
  • Create visually appealing presentations that convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Craft executive-level reports, highlighting key findings, trends, and actionable recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in reporting.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, providing valuable insights towards business growth and improvement.
• Analyze complex sets of data to determine recommendations for business growth and improvement.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Around 8+ years of overall experience, with expertise in Data visualization - Power BI technology.
• Experience and/or knowledge in preparing dashboard layouts using wireframe tools.
• Domain knowledge and/or experience in key business areas – Finance & Procurement.
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Conceptual understanding of other pieces of Microsoft BI Tech stack like Azure Data Lake, Data Bricks, etc.,
• Working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking to comprehend business needs and ensure dashboards carry appropriate widgets and data components to display information clearly and efficiently.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration, information technology or Finance.
• Knowledge of other data visualization tools like Tableau, Microstrategy is a plus.
• Preliminary/conceptual knowledge of statistical concepts advanced analytics models (predictive, classification, forecasting).
• Comprehensive understanding of E2E processes in Global Business Services.
• Familiar with the Agile project management approach.
