Your client responsibilities:

  • Need to work as a technical lead to contribute in various technical streams of EIS implementation projects.
  • Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators.
  • Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables from the team.
  • Mentor the project team in executing the identified projects.
  • Ensure regular status reporting to the Manager and onsite coordinators.
  • Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed.
  • Willing to travel to the customers locations on need basis.

  • Training and mentoring of project resources.
  • Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives.

Technical skills requirements:

  • BE/B.Tech/MCA with a sound industry experience of 6 to 8 years
  • Must have hands-on experience in EIS - Policy Core / Billing Core / Claims Core / Customer Core / DXP Capabilities
  • Must be an expert in core technical skills: Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Spring boot Microservices, Web Service (Rest & SOAP), Apache Camel - CXF, Kafka
  • Good to have experience in OpenL Tablets
  • Ability to design and provide solutions for external integrations
  • Experience in Auto (Motor) & Home LoB implementation using EIS
  • Good understanding of Agile methodology
  • Excellent business communication skills
  • Experience in Insurance domain – Property & Casualty
  • Good to have experience in client facing roles
  • Real time knowledge and understanding on enterprise system integration
  • Excellent business communication skills
