Key job responsibilities
• Perform operational reporting, ad-hoc business analyses and appropriate modeling.• Develop evaluation framework for the network to invest in various continuous improvement initiatives• Contribute to business decisions by providing insightful analysis and methodical consideration for the end-to-end impact to systems, tools and ongoing support requirements.• Identify opportunities and drive automation in existing manual process• Develop ad hoc business analysis and present recommendations to senior management on strategic decisions and planned future initiatives.• Facilitate the Business reviews with data analysis and follow through with business leaders on actionable items

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Advanced analytical skills and an ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
• Expertise in SQL/Quicksight (or equivalent Amazon applicable data sources)

• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
