Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in data structure, finance data management, data integration, and data integrity in SAP S/4, MDG (Master Data Governance), or other similar systems.
- Experience with Finance Master Data Management and SAP ERP.
- Experience implementing process improvements and financial systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of work experience, with 5 years of experience navigating through finance data elements, processes, and technologies (e.g., data structure, finance data management, data integration and data integrity in SAP S/4, MDG (Master Data Governance) or other similar systems).
- Experience with operations in a multi-currency environment.
- Knowledge of finance master data elements and maintenance models.
- Ability to lead in a cross-functional environment, resolve conflicts, drive decisions, prioritize and manage ambiguity.
- Ability to influence across organizational levels.
