This position requires that the candidate selected must currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph. The position further requires the candidate to opt into a commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform AWS work.A day in the life- Manage and monitoring systems health and status
- Provisioning devices, assisting with data ingestion, and device cleaning
- Troubleshooting device, network, and/or configuration related issues- Writing and disseminating after action reports capturing key events, actions taken, and future mitigation plans
- Providing on-call support when necessary
- Associate's degree, or Cloud+ or GICSP (Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional) or GSEC (GIAC Security Essentials) or SSCP (Systems Security Certified Practitioner)
- 3+ years of experience operating in a Unix, Linux, or Red Hat environment.
- 3+ years of experience implementing automated software testing, scripting, deployment, and performance analysis systems.
- 3+ years of experience of proven ability to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues.
- 2+ years of experience with standard Internet protocols and networking fundamentals (Ethernet, ARP, TCP/IP, ICMP, UDP, TCP, SSL, DNS, HTTP, etc.)
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph
- · 5+ years experience with cloud computing technologies.
- · 5+ years of experience with support procedures and methodologies for production computing environments.
- · 5+ years experience troubleshooting.
- · 3+ years of networking experience.
- · 3+ years of experience with performance and log analysis.
- · 2+ years of experience automating routine tasks.
