Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in process, manufacturing or quality engineering roles.
- Experience in working with display modules and their manufacturing/assembly processes.
- Experience in process engineering to develop manufacturing and test processes.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED) material development/display optical characterization/panel/module design, process, and manufacturing
- Experience with waveguide and micro-Light Emitting Diode (LED) module.
- Experience in managing engineering teams.
- Experience in project management with data handling and documentation.
- Experience in launching new products for Agreements Manufacturers and Original Device Manufacturers.
- Knowledge of quality, statistical tools and methods.
