As a CFC Certified Field Support Hourly HVAC Journeyman here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and expertise for our HVAC systems. With your CFC certification and 5 years of experience in the field, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of HVAC systems for our customers. You will report directly to our HVAC Manager and you'll work out of our designated location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on our HVAC business unit by providing field support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your expertise in HVAC systems and your ability to effectively communicate with customers will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support and expertise for HVAC systems

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner

• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of HVAC systems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

YOU MUST HAVE

• CFC certification

• 5 years of experience as an HVAC Journeyman

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
