As a Senior Associate, you will collaborate with the Global BMC Marketing Excellence for Account Leaders and managers to support strategic marketing plans aimed at growing and developing key global accounts. You will assist in executing agreed plans and ensure alignment across marketing stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities
- Support the operationalization of Global BMC Governance and strategic activities for the largest global accounts.
- Proactively connect with colleagues across sectors, geographies, and service lines to recognize commercial opportunities and assist with strategic initiatives.
- Deliver the Marketing Excellence for Account program and collaborate on go-to-market strategies and account-focused marketing.
- Build relationships across BMC, Markets, Insights, and account teams, engaging with Business Development, Service Line, and Growth Leaders.
- Champion a client-first approach that enhances EY’s brand through audience-centric, issue-based marketing activities.
- Drive lead generation and conversion along the client lifecycle, exploring commercial opportunities for EY’s key accounts.
- Measure and report on the impact of marketing initiatives, regularly reviewing performance metrics and delivering insights.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Experience in project management/execution and familiarity with project management tools.
- Proactive and results-oriented, with familiarity in marketing, ideally account marketing.
- Strong business understanding and commercial acumen.
- Strong marketing measurement and analytical skills, with attention to detail being a plus.
- Self-aware, results-oriented, and unafraid to take initiative.
- Experience in marketing, communications, or business development, ideally in a B2B environment.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Solid knowledge of marketing channels and their application to achieve business goals.
- Familiarity with B2B demand generation or account-based marketing.
- Experience in a cross-border environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of Account-Based Platforms is a plus (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase, CRM Tools)
