• Partner Closely with the Walmart Merchant Team
• Utilize insights that will influence the direction of the Walmart Category
• Drive execution of the Walmart Merchant Team’s strategy Dive Deep into category and retailer data to support Walmart on a daily basis Must be willing to be on-call for Walmart Merchant Team’s requests

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
• Five (5) years ofcategory experience with sales,marketing, categorymanagement, shopper/consumer insights, customer-facing accountmanagement, analytics and/ortrade funding in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Strong analytical skills and experience aggregating internal and external data sources (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, Luminate, sales data) of information to build an influential selling story
• Toolsincluding JDA/BlueYonder, Cantactix,Luminate, Numerator experience
• Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft applications;particularly strongExcel skills in pivots, formulas, large data sets, etc.
• Modular drawing experience
