ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interpretdata, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
• Plan, develop, upskilling training sessions to Direct Labor employees.
• Develop criteria to evaluate the effectiveness of training activities.
• Compile and publish training metrics.
• Identify potential quality problems, compliance gaps, and possible process. efficiency improvements to production management.
• Participate in SGA / Kaizen activities.
• Producing dashboards, including graphs, tables, and other visualizations.
• Creating presentation decks using PowerPoint (or similar) and able to present.
• Providing written reports of your findings.
• Producing dashboards, including graphs, tables, and other visualizations.
• Able to operate training system.

REQUIRED:

• Diploma in business administration, commerce, management or equivalent.

PREFERRED:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in manufacturing environment.

SKILLS:

• Result oriented with strong sense of urgency and commitment.
• Basic computer skills, including Windows and Microsoft excel.
• Self-starter and quick learner.
• Excellent clarity when handling small parts.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Lean Sigma certified will be an added advantage
• Candidates must be flexible to work a 12 hour AWS Shift and overtime, as required by the team.
