Required Qualifications:

This position requires a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, or related technical field. Wells Fargo will accept a 3 year or 4 year degree as qualifying for the role and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving application development and implementation experience.

Specific skills required:

• Experience in implementing Data Warehousing and data lake solutions using ETL tools using pyspark custom built frameworks, and reporting tools like power BI, Dremio, and SSAS.
• Analytical acumen and ability to define hypothesis & assumptions, lay out data requirement, gather, and analyze data and apply the business (Assets, Liabilities, Funds transfer pricing, revenue, cost, margin, etc.) levers to derive insights and refine strategies.
• identifying areas for opportunities and growth within each initiative leveraging analytical thinking & rigor to ensure that it correlates back to the overall strategy of the broader enterprise.
• Experience working in Large Banks/ Financial Services to translate business problems into actionable insights, with demonstratable experience of delivering strategic insights and recommendations.
• Experience in data analysis, dataextraction/manipulationand loading routines using SQL, Teradata, database structures and data warehouses.
• Extensive experience in designing of ETL strategies and preparing mapping specifications.
• Data modeling, database design and data lake architecture including T-SQL queries.
• Good in SQL, Python, PySpark, Power BI for data analysis and usage of libraries.
