Job Responsibilities
- Support regional knowledge projects and its information architecture requirements.
- Own and moderate regional sales sites for relevance and regular updates.
- Able to understand different aspects of Knowledge Management implementation using SharePoint / Office365/Ms teams/Salesforce.
- Support knowledge capture efforts via outreach, proposal close outs and required collation from bidding activities.
- Be a go-to person for the foundational knowledge management activities (such as Proposal close out process, knowledge center uploads, Sales portal know-how).
- Create document toolkits for the best-in-class proposals, capability statements, project descriptions, etc.
- Assist in creating training and process documents pertaining to knowledge management.
- Share best practices and tactical knowledge across offices, practice areas and teams.
- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the bids/projects and the documentation requirements.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks.
- Assist peers and other team members in varied projects sharing workload and producing timely results.
- Act as the internal document controller for all content elements within the region.
- Conduct general data analysis and administrative tasks (as required).
Here's what you'll need
- 3-5 years proven working experience in the Knowledge Management discipline.
- Work experience in the SharePoint online environment.
- Desired know how of developing Power Automate/ Apps, Power BI reports etc.
- Proficient in mainstream Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
- Excellent communication (written & spoken English) skills.
- Able to multi-task and deal with complexity.
- Flexible and willingness to support senior knowledge analysts during the projects journey.
