In this role, you will:

• Participate in researching, evaluating and investigating low complexity transactions and data to meet business requirements
• Review basic technical business problems that can be resolved with automated systems related to low-risk tasks and deliverables
• Receive direction from supervisors and exercise judgement within defined parameters in the development of guidelines for the use of result tracking systems
• Coordinate project plans, schedules, budgets and provide information to managers, functional colleagues and stakeholders within technology business systems operations
• Interact with experienced Business Systems Consultants on revising existing automated systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements
• Work with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and make necessary changes to the database

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ months of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• in depth knowledge of Retail Banking, Account maintenance, Reconciliation and payment processing is preferred
• Experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines or workflows, version control, test management, and integrating automation framework
• Experience in Automation framework (data driven, hybrid and behavior driven development concepts), design and enhancements using Cucumber/BDD – based frameworks and Selenium with Java – Junit/TestNG framework in Eclipse IDE is desirable
• Intermediate knowledge and understanding of test plans, test cases, test procedures, test scripts, and expected results
• Hands on experience with Salesforce CRM application is preferred
• Hands on expertise with test management tools like JIRA, ALM, Confluence etc…
• Experience in User Acceptance development & implementation
• Knowledge and understanding of business tools and processes
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience developing and cultivating professional relationships
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Should be able to

• Creation of test strategy, test plans, test scripts, script execution for MSP
• Participating in BRD and FSD reviews.
• Provide status reporting, defect triage, test summary, testing traceability.
• Conduct meetings and reviews as needed with Operations and other stakeholders.
• Agile testing responsibilities include: grooming sessions, sprint planning and participation, daily SCRUM calls.
• Partner with the Line of Business, Risk/Compliance, and technology partners across Operations
• Consult with users providing advice and direction
• Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness
• Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes
• Research system features being tested
• Log, track and verify resolution of software and specification defects
• Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
• Experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines or workflows, version control, test management, and integrating automation framework

Job Expectations:

• This role demands candidate to work from 13:30 to 22:30 IST

• This role also involves weekend working and off shift hour working as per need of the business
