In this role as a Security Solutions Engineering Leader, you will work closely with customers, partners, and regional leaders in the Canadian public and private industries, to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth within each region. As part of the leadership team, you will partner with Security Sales Leadership and demonstrate both technical and business excellence, to meet revenue goals in the region.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years prior experience in a technical sales or pre-sales engineering role
Familiarity with cyber security technologies across a broad spectrum of capabilities: Firewall (NGFW/IDS/IPS), Content Security (Email, Web, DNS Protection), Endpoint Protection (EPP), Threat Detection and Response (EDR), Access Control, Cloud Native Security, SIEM, or SOAR technologies
A consistent track record of high performance, strong leadership skills, and successful quota achievement
Preferred Qualifications
· 2+ years of experience leading people, operations, program management, and strategy development
Ability to articulate security architecture integrated with other technologies (cloud, networking, datacenter)
Demonstrated experience aligning go to market initiatives to trends in the security industry
BS/BA (EE/CS) or equivalent is highly preferred
Strong executive presence and proven ability to present strategic information to a wide range of audiences
