Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and execute total rewards strategies that attract, motivate, and retain top talent, with a focus on Latin American markets.
  • Conduct market analysis to benchmark compensation and benefits offerings against industry standards, particularly in commercial and manufacturing sectors.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to understand needs and provide total rewards solutions that are tailored to diverse business environments.
  • Manage annual compensation processes, including merit increases, bonuses, and equity grants.
  • Oversee benefits program design, vendor management, and employee communication, ensuring relevance and competitiveness.
  • Participate or lead total rewards projects on a local, regional, and global scope.
  • Collaborate with international colleagues to contribute to global projects and initiatives.
  • Analyze and provide expertise on total rewards metrics, pay decisions and job evaluation to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Drive change management initiatives related to total rewards, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with business goals.
  • Design and manage variable payment and commission plans that incentivize performance and align with business objectives.

What we're looking for:

Our company is seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Principal Analyst to join our HR team and help design and implement comprehensive total rewards strategies. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in Total Rewards, strong analytical skills, and exhibit leadership and influence. They should be business-focused and highly adaptable to evolving circumstances.

  • Licenciature degree in Administration of Human Resources or Field Related
  • English Level desired: 80-89%.
  • Experience: At least 7 years
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Technical Competencies: Salary bands; Market surveys (Willis Towers Watson, Mercer, PWC), Legal guidelines, Numerical skills, HRIS systems, preferably SuccessFactors, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of total rewards best practices, current trends, and regulatory requirements, with a specialization in Latin American markets and a focus on benefits and wellbeing.
