As a Senior Product Manager for Last Mile Delivery, you will be at the forefront of our product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for our Trust & Safety and Fraud capabilities.

In this role you will…

- Define, develop, and enhance products: You will manage product roadmaps, create requirement documents, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, transform customer insights into actionable initiatives, rollout strategies, and manage risks.

- Test and Learn: Define A/B tests with analytics partners, measure success, suggest improvements, iterate on products and features, and communicate results effectively using data and UX narratives.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field and 7 years of experience in product management or 9 years of experience in product management or a related field.

- Experience as a product manager, ideally with consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
