A functional management role responsible for technical content, strategy & processes for body front/rear end systems & underbody shields. In this role, you will serve as the applications/core manager for all front/rear end systems, ensuring robust design & delivery of components & vehicle systems. In this role, this individual will lead all technical & business plan aspects, including product & technology development, supplier development & selection, product verification & production validation, engineering sign-off, launch, ongoing product support & quality assurance of products in the field. In addition, the front/rear end systems manager will lead professional development of team members, oversee budgeting & resource allocation, support new technology assessment & development and guide development of standardized tools, methods & execution.
