As a Manager, Program Management, you will play a meaningful role driving the execution of business programs within our organization. This role will have individual contributor responsibilities as well as lead a small team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proactive demeanor that loves solving challenges and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Program Leadership: Take charge of leading and running multiple business programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals and are performed successfully.
  2. Project Management: Apply strong project management skills to plan, implement, and monitor programs.
  3. Cross-Functional: Collaborate seamlessly with teams across various departments and levels within the organization. Develop strong working relationships to ensure successful program delivery.
  4. Business, Finance & Marketplace Competence: Leverage general finance and experience to drive programs and to understand the broader impact of programs on the organization. Make informed decisions to drive positive business outcomes.
  5. Initiative Driver: Demonstrate a proactive and committed approach in driving a wide range of business initiatives. Act as a motivator for change and improvement.
  6. Lead a team of Business Analysts that will provide analytic support for the programs you own.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years experience with a proven ability of leading diverse and complex programs!
  • Experience working on finance projects that have enabled Cloud Service Provider Marketplace support.
  • Requires experience working with Consumption Business Models.
  • Requires a business and finance background, project management and communications skills.
  • The ability to influence and effectively handle key relationships and important situations in a fast-paced business organization.
  • Able to connect the dots to ensure conflicting interests are addressed while complimentary opportunities are improved.
  • Change agent that can influence and lead cross functional teams.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, growing, and changing environment!
  • Proven track record to build strong collaborative partnerships with partners and virtual teams.
  • Strong process orientation, project management, planning and organization skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.


Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary. This role does not have a variable compensation component.

These ranges representthe lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future.

An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.

The typical starting salary range for this role is:
$178,900 USD
$215,100 USD
