You'll support the creation of video, design and presentation assets within in-person, virtual and hybrid events. You are adept in all forms of digital media, with a bias towards narrative video content. A keen eye for on-brand design and storytelling, and a comfort producing English-language content are essential.
As a Senior Event Media Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Being the primary resource for post-production of video, audio, and photography content in event programs
- Supporting or managing remote video and audio recording sessions with event speakers
- Creating and managing design assets for events including Powerpoint presentations and templates, digital signage, registration websites, emails, attendee badges
- Supporting media production operations through scheduling, planning and production platform management
- Collaborating with global teams on a flexible schedule
- Developing and progressing media production best practices, including through written or video guides and training materials
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have relevant professional experience in creative roles in comparable corporate environments (events, marketing, PR/communications)
- Demonstrate expertise in digital video editing, transcoding, delivery (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud)
- Have a portfolio of 2D design for print, digital, and presentation (Powerpoint & Google Slides) formats
- Demonstrate ability to problem-solve with urgency
- Be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
