Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize proving ground testing

Facilitate vehicle usage and tracking, as well as coordinate movement of vehicles

Support global engineering fleet audits, analyzing utilization and monitoring vehicle configuration representation

Coordinate retrofit programs to support new vehicle programs within Chassis Controls

Coordinate parts needed to fulfill open vehicle ticket requests

Coordinate scheduling of vehicle work

Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or related field of study with a graduation date between December 2025 – December 2026

Demonstrated excellence in coordination with multiple cross functional teams

Knowledge of engineering fundamentals in mechanical, electrical or software engineering

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment on several different projects

Experience in parts management, logistics, supply chain or FSAE is a huge plus
