Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Brief Description: Looking for Real Estate professionals with expertise across Planning, Budgeting, Procurement and Contracts functions. You will be leading/supporting in driving efficiency through Strategic planning and execution, focussing on avenues of schedule and cost optimisation and control.

Desired Profile:

4 to 8 years of relevant experience in Real Estate/ EPC/ Infrastructure Sector
Experience of digital implementation across construction lifecycle
Prior Consulting experience (Preferred)
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering + PG/MBA in construction management

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have

B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical/Civil Engineering + PG/MBA

4-8 Years in the Real Estate sector
