- Should have strong technical skills and detailed understanding of Trade Life Cycle, Derivatives products and Collateral Management.
- Excellent communications skills both verbal & written.
- Excellent understanding of the risk and able to identify, address and escalate issues promptly.
- Responsible for ensuring collateral margin calls are exchanged as per agreed timelines and ensure timely delivery and receipt of collateral transactions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and addressing their collateral-related inquiries and concerns.
- Monitor collateral movements and valuations, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in collateral management operations.
- Actively participate in regular team meetings, suggest ideas on process improvements, controls.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in collateral management, incorporating relevant insights into day-to-day operations.
