Your primary responsibilities will include: developing new services and features; writing and building infrastructure-as-code; designing systems; addressing availability, performance and capacity issues; and helping us to operate our global service, running the service end-to-end. You will need to perform data analysis to optimize our products and keep raising our operational bar. You will troubleshoot, diagnose and fix production software issues by: developing automation for infrastructure build-outs; developing monitoring solutions; performing software maintenance and configuration; implementing fixes for internally-developed code (Ruby, Java, JavaScript); and, updating, tracking and resolving interesting technical challenges.We would love to hear from your if you are detail-oriented, having great verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, able to juggle multiple tasks at once, able to work independently and can maintain a professional approach under pressure. Mentorship & Career Growth

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
