Responsibilities

• Lab Infrastructure: Build and maintain test labs to address evolving customer needs, including NPI (New Product Introduction) and Obsolescence COE requirements.
• Test Execution: Set up specialized equipment, conduct tests according to defined plans, datasheets, and international standards (DO-160, D6, ABD, MIL). Troubleshoot test-related problems.
• Qualification Support: Contribute to the product qualification process, potentially including visits to external labs for testing or certification.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Qualification Test Execution

Essential Skills

• Testing Expertise: Environmental testing, EMI/EMC testing
• Standards Knowledge: Deep understanding of DO-160, MIL STD, and D6 testing.
• Lab Development: Proven ability to establish test lab infrastructure based on customer needs.
• Lab Maintenance: Ensure lab adherence to internal quality standards.
• Test Process: Setup, execution, and troubleshooting of tests.
