What you need to know about the role

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop mini-program applications, including both internal and client-facing systems, with a focus on building and maintaining reusable frameworks to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Implement solutions through fast iterations, from prototype to production release, ensuring high-quality delivery at scale.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UED designers, end-users, and framework users to deliver optimal solutions that meet business and user needs.
• Take ownership of code quality by conducting code reviews, fixing bugs, and implementing automation to improve development processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with overall project goals.
• Participate in continuous improvement of web performance and adhere to coding standards to maintain high-quality codebases.

Essential Skills:

• Minimum of 2+ years' hands-on experience developing web application.
• Proficiency in at least one front-end framework such as React/Vue.
• Solid understanding of the WeChat Mini Program framework, including WXML, WXSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with native(iOS/Android) mobile app development is highly desirable
• Familiarity with cross-platform development frameworks (e.g., Taro, uni-app) is a plus
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Proficiency in English is preferred for international communication.

Desirable Skills:

• Hybrid/mobile experience will be a big plus.
• Front endArchitecture/PerformanceTuning/Safety Optimization will be a big plus.
