How will you make an impact?
- Develop and implement change management initiatives and support adoption of new processes across the organization.
- Lead the Change Advisory Board meetings and ensure all changes are reviewed and assessed with change management best practices.
- Create standardized communication plan to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged through the change management process.
- Create training documentation to support the rollout and adoption of new processes.
- Define and track key KPIs to measure success of change initiatives and communicate results to leadership.
- Encourage feedback, identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices in change management.
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in change management with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role. Additional requirements include:
- Strong understanding of change management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and drive decisions with data analysis.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow and ITIL certifications is highly desired.
