This role ensures delivery of key strategic initiatives, regulatory driven changes, technology mandatory updates and operational aspects of product development. The role will also include a number of time-sensitive reporting responsibilities to support the day to day activities of the business and operations groups.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and implement business initiatives, client solutions, and/or projects.

  • Have responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of complex deliverables.

  • Make appropriate decisions in line with critical deadlines, high priority project deliverables and sensitive clients.

  • Be the point of escalation, capable of owing more complex client / process issues through to resolution

  • Ensure compliance while applying critical thinking to all controls and procedures in place in the department and improve them where possible.

  • Aid management in monitoring department performance, capable of prompt objective diagnosis as to the root causes of deviation from / failure of procedures and the subsequent implementation of corrective action plans.

  • Completing Quality Assurance checks on a related process to ensure good practice is applied and controls are continually challenged.

  • Capable of owning and QA testing specific system enhancement test packages, ensuring scripts and testing are accurately completed prior to release in the production environment.

  • Interprets data and contributes to recommendations for process improvement, and/or the launch of new products/ services and upgraded platforms.

  • Relevant degree or equivalent work and industry experience preferred

  • Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive
