Build and maintain financial models to aid executives in strategic decision making
Create and implement the annual business plan and budgets, working closely with the Commercial leadership team
Develop impactful, compelling presentation materials (decks, notes, write-ups, etc.) that effectively communicate business performance, financial drivers, risks, and opportunities to leadership and external stakeholders
Work cross-functionally to assess and manage financial performance and to streamline implementation of initiatives, processes, and systems
Do an environmental scan and monitor key trends in the industry and economy.
Track our partners, peers and other stakeholders for significant events and themes
Monitor KPIs and highlight significant variations, root causes and corrective actions.
Requirements
Undergraduate degree - preferably majoring in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
2-3 years of relevant experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance with minimum 1-2 years in Strategy Consulting, High-growth companies, Valuation Services & Transaction Advisory or other relevant fields
Advanced Excel skills, and proficiency in other Microsoft Office programs with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint
Analytical, creative, and pragmatic thinker and problem-solver with experience building out robust financial models
Meticulous attention to detail – output is consistently accurate, thorough, and completed within deadlines
Ability to organize and analyze data sets and present in an understandable manner
Competent in Google Suite and MS Office Suite applications
Motivated, self-starter, ability to multitask, and detail-oriented
Team player with strong communication skills
