Your responsibilities will be:

• Sourcing, analyze quotes/proposal, negotiate price & terms, make supplier selection proposal which fits for the purpose (right quality & right lead time) with reasonable TCO (Total Cost Of Ownership) and competitive credit terms for all site level categories and responsible regional level categories

• Prepare POs following the Indirect Expenditure SOP and follow-up PO approvals, filling PO/contract/PO supporting document according to related SOPs and work instructions

• Follow up PO fulfillment and goods receiving in the ERP system

• Educate Users to make sure related SOPs are followed. Manage User's expectations via proper communication

• Follow up payment issues and delivery when needed

Our Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering

• Experience in indirect purchasing (at least 5 years)

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Understanding of contract terms for different indirect categories, tax, regulations and logistics

• Strong commercial sense of understanding cost drivers/negotiation points and business model/market rules of different indirect categories

• Experience in Automotive industry as a must.

• Strong negotiation skills

• Relocate to Zacatecas
