Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and optimization of mechanical components for E-bike systems.
• Collaborate with hardware and prototyping teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical designs.
• Conduct stress analysis and simulations to validate design efficacy.
• Remain abreast of industry best practices to implement cutting-edge mechanical solutions.
• Prepare documentation and provide guidance on mechanical design standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanics or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in mechanical design, preferably in E-bike or automotive sectors.
• With gear expertise, motor design know-how, understanding of tolerances, SolidWorks experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and material properties.
• Good command of English.
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration capabilities.
